We all have that special bottle of wine, the one we’re saving for a special occasion. We meant to open it a year or so ago but we never got around to it. Open That Bottle Night was invented by Wall Street Journal columnists Dorothy J. Gaiter and John Brecher. Dorothy and John convinced us that celebrating a good bottle of wine with friends and family creates memories and qualifies as a special occasion.
